OPENING SERVICE OF THE SYNOD COMMITTEE OF STEWARDSHIP 2025
The Moderator of the PCC, the Rt. Rev. Miki Hans Abia, presided over the Opening Service of the Synod Committee of Stewardship on Sunday, 16th November 2025, at PC Wotolo in Buea, Fako North Presbytery.
This special service, which traditionally precedes General Synods or Synod Committees, brings together Synod delegates and the hierarchy of the Church for worship, reflection, and thanksgiving.
PC Wotolo was intentionally chosen by the Church’s leadership as a gesture of appreciation to the Menyoli family, who have generously funded over 75% of the resources needed to realise the new worship house—set to become one of the finest in Fako North upon completion.
During the service, the Moderator led a fundraising effort that raised just under 9 million FCFA to further support the congregation in completing this beautiful edifice.
The Synod Committee will continue its deliberations on Monday, 17th November 2025, at the Synod Office under the theme “Synod Committee of Stewardship.”
We look forward to the consented resolutions from this highest decision-making body of the Church, following careful examination through the various Committees and Boards.
