PCC Launches Inclusive Protection & Recovery Project in the South West Region.

On the 19th March 2026, we witnessed a meaningful step in responding to the needs of our brothers and sisters affected by the ongoing crisis in the South West Region of Cameroon.

The Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC), through the Presbyterian Committee for Relief Services (PCRS), officially launched the project:

“Inclusive Health, Protection and Recovery Response for Crisis-Affected Populations.”

Funded by CBM (Christian Blind Mission) and implemented in partnership with local actors, this project is intentionally designed to reach persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and returnees.

Through this initiative, beneficiaries will receive:

• Assistive devices

• Psychosocial support

• Legal and civic documentation support

• Business start-up materials

• Vocational training

All aimed at strengthening their resilience and enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity.

In his address, the Moderator expressed profound gratitude to CBM for their support and reaffirmed that the PCC remains committed to being a Church that not only proclaims the Gospel but also demonstrates God’s love through practical care for the vulnerable.

This is the Gospel in action. This is the Church at work.
